Soup turned out great I did do the usual half and half with cornstarch last turn to boil

Mash it up with Kerry Gold Irish butter and maple syrup -

Add a bit of brown sugar to that butter

Yep, I use either maple syrup or brown sugar.

I do the same mmmmm, just slice them in four and bake them skin down, when they’re really new the skins are soft enough to not even notice and there are no seeds! So easy, even made pie with them this year

Okay well did waffles belgian style bacon and sausage last night ..
Tonight is chicken thighs fried or baked one of the two .. decided beets now we will have hasbrowns something different
