Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Just popping in real quick. I have no idea and I'm not going to worry about it. It will be a "fend for yourself" night.

I've read what's cooking in your homes and it all sound yummy.

Tonight was the leftover sausage and peppers from last night, and chicken wings.

Tomorrow will be spareribs.

I wish I had garden fresh veggies. But, the husband decided planting time was garden and fence rearranging time. Really. there was no stopping him.

I did two kinds of chicken wings.. hot ones and bbq'd ones. Warm potato salad (DH likes this), chopped green salad (I like this) and 4 cheese garlic bread. Nothing left!

Tonight, it's my Verde sauce from scratch.. fp/puree the tomatillos and other fresh ingredients, add seasonings ...cook down a bit. Slow cook some chicken and pull it. Shred some cheese. Steam some corn tortillas and fill them, roll them. Pour on the Verde sauce and bake. Enchiladas Verde!
