Breakfast for dinner-- Yeast raised pancakes, scrambled eggs and sausage.

Sweet ‘n’ Sassy baby back ribs, melting potatoes, and we‘re gonna try corn on the cob…..Ken’s breaking in new teeth so we’ll see how that goes.) I can’t do barbecue sauce so I LOVE these ribs with their garlic, rice vinegar, soy, hoisin and plum sauce.

Besides, grilling is out in this deluge we’ve had for 2 days now. I’m ready to build an ark! But I am so grateful to be in the new house and not listening to the plink, plink, plink sound of water dripping into the pot on the hallway floor!!

Have a pork butt to cook down.. Make dirty rice with corn as a veggie..

salmon, potato cakes, sweet corn and a salad for me. Broccoli/cheese quiche and a salad for the Princess.
