Cornish game hens, mashed potato and green beans.
Gravy and deviled eggs.

Turkey, gravy, twice baked potatoes, mushrooms in brown gravy, stuffing, string beans, rutabaga, cranberry sauce - apple and pumpkin pies

Had to run the Princess out of the kitchen. She tried telling me I was making the stuffing improperly.

Menu sounds great! Stuffing is one of those things.....
My dearest mother (God rest her soul) had the strongest opinion about dressing/stuffing....and that I didn't do it "right". I usually had the grandkids come entertain her whilst I mixed it up

It will probably be some configuration of leftovers, tonight. Today begins the process of Christmas decorating.

Our daughter will be cooking us Thanksgiving dinner tonight, since she spent yesterday celebrating Thanksgiving at her sister-in-law's. So, we opted to do without turkey this year and have spiral ham as the main dish. Bringing several packs of venison with us, just in case..hehe
