So sorry to hear it Parsonswife and chickenbuddy. I hope you all feel better soon!

New plan for dinner. I was going to make Turkey Cobb Salad, but it's freakin' cold here. OK, I know that temperatures in the 50s isn't cold for most of you folks, but we So. Cali folks aren't used to such things.

Anyway, I think I'm going to make some kind of a turkey and broccoli casserole. Off to cook!

I made some stirfry chicken with fresh zucc, carrot, mushrooms, cabbage, onion, garlic ..over brown jasmine rice. DH is happy ..that's what counts.

I have been sick since Sat. I think it was partly brought on by stress. Still sick but good enough to get online. Tonight I will fix hot dogs and top ramen(or something) hot cereal for me.

Monica

Hope everyone else gets to felling better!!

Its burger bundles tonight. I already had the burger browned with onion. I added shredded cheese, chili pepper, garlic and oregano. Use bought crescent dough. Lightly roll out each piece with a rolling pin. Put scoop of mixture inside. Pinch dough together at top. Top with more cheese and bake. Fast and easy! With over 200 lbs of deer burger in the freezer I will try anything!!

Almost anything!! I know what you mean! I am very grateful to have it. We had been out for a few months. Beef is so expensive around here, we had gotten used to alot of meatless meals. Now I am looking for all kinds of creative ideas so my family doesn't get too bored!

Home grown cornish cross with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes made with heavy cream and butter, green beans and corn from the fall out of the freezer.

I injected the chicken with a mixture of broth, butter, garlic and white pepper.Rubbed with garlic, salt, pepper, and seasoning salt. Then I cooked it on the rotissere of the gas grill for about an hour and 45 minutes. It was melt in your mouth tender.

Hi everyone! This has been a really fun game and we're glad everyone has been enjoying it! We've gone ahead and locked it so a new one can be started. We will be deleting this one in a few days to do some cleanup in preparation for the biggest Spring in BYC history!
