I LOVE popcorn. Sometimes I will go to a movie theater and buy a large popcorn and eat it for dinner. BAD I know... I don't stay for a movie and usually have to talk them into letting me come in just to buy it and leave.

Chocolate Anyone?

Someone made mention of how much they liked chocolate so I thought I would accomodate them. This is a chocoholics dream. I took these pics while on vacation last summer in Alaska aboard the Norweigan Sun cruise ship. We toured on land for 11 days and then were at sea for 3 days.
It's hard to imagine chocolate the size of this but they are for real. Some of them were 5 ft. tall. Enjoy!

Tonight's a light supper -
Roasted broccoli, red pepper, and portabella mushrooms, placed on some slices of thick sourdough bread smeared with aioli, and gouda cheese melted over the top. Finish that with sweet potato fries and a crisp green salad, then Bananas Foster for dessert! Yummm!

I splurged tonight. Lobster Ravioli with white wine butter sauce, salad, texas toast.
Now I will tell you I did not build this.
Omaha Steak Company supplied the Lobster Ravioli with white wine butter sauce. But my, my, it was good. 4 and 1/2 minutes and you have a meal to die for. Plus, I now have my future incubator box.
