Hi, 2 of my chickens, brown leghorns (hatched them in April) are in November one laying less than in October and one hasn't laid yet all?? We have a barred rock that lays almost daily and a Rhode Island Red also almost daily. My husband says he's going to eat Phil (philomena) if she doesn't start to lay. Do the chickens begin to lay less in the cold weather, particularly brown leghorn breed. Thanks!!!
