4 fresh potato peels are hard for them to digest no hot foods like jalapenos.

Green potato peels are actually toxic to chickens. And peppers of any kind make great treats, they can't taste the hotness. In fact the reason ripe peppers are red is to attract birds and they're hot so mammals don't eat the seeds so birds can spread tge seeds in their poop.
