Sorry to be so simple minded....but I don't get it and I read the first ten pages of the thread.
Say I see something that "Henny Penny" posted and I like it. I post "Mine" along with a picture of something that I have. So then "Henny Penny" sends me the item I wanted, I ship my item to whoever liked my item....but what does "Henny Penny" get?

One swap at a time, called the "current offer"
It does go really fast at times, then sometimes it stalls. Also, if you see something you want that is not claimed, you can offer a side swap to the person who has what you are interested in. Way too much fun.

you have to be quick-the last person on the thread that said mine has claimed what the last person posted to offer. Only one person at time has a chance to claim something. Lets say someone post 10 things getting offered up..Only 1 person can claim 1 item-not multiple people-as soon as you say mine...have your photos ready to go to post your offering items...what you claimed will get sent to you-just pm that person and tell them you claimed their specific item...then you immediatly post what you are offering..someone pipes in and says "mine" to your item ( hopefully soon and doesn't get stalled ( but it happens alot so dont get discouraged...just hunt down more items to add or go the easy route like I did when I stalled it..I offered a 6 month GFM-those go FAST!!!!) then the person who claimed your item will pm you with their addy...you get 3 swaps a week-you get renewed Sunday at Midnight for 3 more swaps-there are no carry overs either..3 swaps a week total. better?? yes?? Welcome aboard!
ps..there are private side swaps too....you can do those as many times as you want-especially if your all out of your 3 given swaps-which most of us are by Friday!!!
