Hello to all!
I'm Kelly and I've been a chicken tender (lol) for just about a year now. I started with lavender orpingtons, Easter eggers, and now I also have Roade Island reds, and Black orpingtons. I incubate and hatch out chicks to sell locally. I'm in northeast Alabama. I've dealt with wry neck, sour crop and several other things. But want to be a part of a group where seasoned chicken owners hung out to get real info for future related problems.

My question is I have 5 chicks that just turned 6 weeks my temps are 65s during the day but at night still in the 40s and 50s at night. I've been letting them out in the yard brooder during the day but I think its still too cold at night to put them in the main coop. Maybe 3 more weeks?? Let me know your opinion or comments. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
