Thanks so much for posting pics. Your babies are beautiful. Don't you just love the way they react to people? I've never seen sweeter birds.

My F3's are due to hatch (fingers crossed) on Sunday. Pics next week.

Gee thanks everyone!

These are out of Ralph birds , I also have some from Mike and young ones from Lynne. I am trying to get closer to the right color and type and I think I have started with the best getting my birds from these breeders, to reach this goal.

Im hatching wellies for the chickenstock next weekend and I have two that hatched yesterday and now nothing!!!! Im starting to get a bit concerned. Some of the eggs were set later but most of them should be any time now. Everyone keep your fingers crossed.

I"m very happy! You have no IDEA how many eggs I incubated from this trio without getting anything out of them.

But trimming the butts seems to have done the trick. I got five chicks out of ten eggs in the first batch after the trim, and it looks like two of three are developing in the second batch. Now we're cooking!

Congrats! I'll be trimming mine tomorrow. I'm having the same problem. I candled today, and had so many clear ones, I just wanted to cry. So I guess it's time to trim. Do you just trim all around the vent area. I remember reading that you trim above for one and below for other-male and female. How did you trim, if you don't mind me asking?

Oh, and by the way, I just took 3 little Millies from the hatcher today. All from Lynne's eggs. Thrilled about those!! They're just precious
