Hum, isn't that why they're called heelers??? ROFL
 
Ok, as long as he's not biting YOUR ankles he's fine. It's instinct to heel for them, but they have to be trained not to heel people or they are a real pain and sometimes a hazard. I'd get rid of mine if she didn't heel cattle, but she sure as heck won't try to heel me.
