It is medicated and contains only 18% protein. But if this is what you prefer you can use it and feed the chick some boiled and mashed eggs twice a week to add animal protein.
Be careful not to use it long term as the medicated version contains a substance that inhibits thiamin/vitamin B1 uptake which would be important for the correct functioning of the nervous system.
I would opt for non medicated.
