Nothing wrong with grape seeds. My very healthy hens eat lots of grapes with seeds. In fact, seeded is the only kind we have.

A few seeds are probably fine. As long as you don't feed them on grape seeds, I doubt you'll have a problem.

Grapeseed oil (made from grapeseeds) is good for you!
