I always enter. I love Texas and wouldn't want to live anywhere else,
but I can always sell it. Just think, sell the 2 million dollar house furnished
for 1.5 million, pay the taxes, and you're still ahead in the game.

Just think of the lovely farm I could buy for that kind of money!
