Welcome Tracy, be sure to check out Australian thread " Australia, six states and one funny little island," for local news. Emus, also are good at chasing off (or trampling) predators especially if they look at all doglike, ie, coyotes, wolves etc, if you have those in Australia.

We do have emus in Australia, but I'm afraid of them lol. Ever since I was a child.

Welcome....we are new with chickens but have had goats for a while. Please feel free to ask any questions
