Hey I'm Neat! This is my first year with chickens. My 7 year old daughter has been wanting chicken since last year and my husband agreed to building our coop and run this spring. I have 4 hens that are 16 week old ( 2 longhorns and 2 barred rock), I have 2 hens that are 10 weeks( 1 cochin Bantam and 1 silkie) and 4 hens that are 6 weeks( 2 Rhode island reds and 2 Wyandottes). I am a veterinary technician that works with only dogs and cats but chickens are becoming my favorite animals.
