Hi All! First Post. I raise 7 RIR hens in MA....

Hey everyone. I'm brand new to the forums. Looking forward to getting some good info from you all. My name is Mike, i live in Massachusetts with my wife of 16 years and two young kids, ages 5 and 2. We keep 7 Rhode Island Red hends in a fairly large, homemade Witchita style chicken coop. This is our first flock, we bought them as 2 day old chicks. Additionally, we keep a fairly large garden of about 50-60 different veggies and herbs, and another 15 or so fruits. I may be able to share a hint or two, but mostly to get some good ideas and help with a few issues.

Can't wait to get to know you all more.
