I’m not sure if everything written is true. But a lot of the herbs are beneficial as said. Chickens are known to do self medication if offered herbs as free choice (free ranging).More food for thought about bird health.View attachment 4200604

I’m not sure what that has to do with viruses but yeah, herbs are beneficial for a a number of things if used appropriately.More food for thought about bird health.View attachment 4200604
I stopped using "herbal substances" a long time ago.I’m not sure what that has to do with viruses but yeah, herbs are beneficial for a a number of things if used appropriately.
There are two things to keep in mind though.
#1 herbal substances are powerful and can have many benefits but many more negatives, there’s nothing inherently safe about natural medicine. Proper research and dosing with natural substances can mean the difference between life and death just like with pharmaceuticals. The difference of why herbal medicine is more dangerous than pharmaceuticals is plants don’t grow warning labels, interactions information, or dosing information, or warn us that potency can differ between individual plants of a single species because of time of year or genetics, neither do plants tell you if they’ve absorbed forever chemicals or lead because they were grown in polluted soil like ginger and turmeric often are.
#2 is don’t trust ai. Ai doesn’t fact check, it data mines across the internet and doesn’t differentiate between factual information and bs, but does scramble it together as one and deliver it as seemingly trustworthy information.
The information there in your pic isn’t necessarily incorrect, but that’s only this time around.
A good rule of thumb is to always research sources and the proper handling and usage of herbal substances.
FYI... I have been using most of those herbs for the last 20 plus years. (pre ai).I’m not sure what that has to do with viruses but yeah, herbs are beneficial for a a number of things if used appropriately.
