so my RIR flock got got by a fox or a neighborhood punk let them out. I have a new flock of Plymouth rocks (4 hens), and my daughters friend gave me 7 baby chicks last December. I cant identify them, I think some are roosters (witch is OK). I have 2 coops currently, 1 with the older laying Rock hens, and one with the 7 younger (now 18 week old, not laying yet). I would like to move 2 of the younger birds in with the Rock hens. the coop have been about 5-6 feet apart for about 2 months. will there be a problem putting 2 of the younger birds in with the older birds?
