(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I've had hens off and on all my life as an "only child" (yet I have 8brothers and 8sisters just raised seperately) my first hens were my best friends and siblings and only recently have been able to again gather a few ladies.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
We have 6 Hens (the ladies) and a Rooster (Dirty Harry)
(3) What breeds do you have?
4 Isa Brown, 2 Australorp and Dirty Harry is a Rhode Island Red
(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
I was just searching some rooster pics and came across the site and loved it.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Knitting, embroidery, hand crafts, computers, gardening
Pretty much all the old school hobbies/necessities that are dying out.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
We have - a Staffordshire Terrier X Bull Terrier ~ Diesel
- a Rottwieler X Bull Arab/Bull Mastiff ~ Mack
(Yup better half drives Semi-Trailers)
I'm working on completely some further education in childcare and finishing my Senior Pass from school, (better late then never)
