Hi All! New to chickens and excited to be here

Pleased To Meet You Hello GIF

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.

As has already been mentioned you need to beef up the security by covering the chicken wire with 1/2" hardware cloth.

Your birds are also severely over crowded. They need to have at least 3.5-4 sq ft of floor space per bird in the coop along with one linear foot of roost space and as close as you can get to one sq ft of permanently open ventilation per bird. Their run should provide an additional 12 sq ft minimum per bird. The run should be full of enrichment activities like perches, organic substrate to scratch around in and spaces where they can dig out dust baths.

I live in Indiana and I am raising a small flock. Seven birds total, a mix of Barred Plymouth Rock, Buff Orpington, and Jubilee Orpington. They're still pretty young, a little over 12 weeks.

I'm glad to be here, have been lurking a bit already and picked up some great advice.
My advice to you is… run for your life! I came on here thinking I was ordering a pizza. And have been stuck here for years enjoying these peeps ever since. :D
