Hello Everyone, My name is Mary! I am a trauma RN and I live in Oregon. We got our first 6 chicks on the 3rd of July. We are new to chickens and already spend most of our time outside with them in the evenings enjoying watching them grow 
I have 2 Dominant Copper, 2 Easter Eggers, a Lavender Orp, and a Buff Orp. They love to follow me around our yard and garden. This is our first go around with chicks, and so far we absolutely love it. We have been attempting to sex our chicks, like so many others here 
that is what drew me initially to these forums and I have read so many wonderful tips of invaluable advice! As a new chicken owner, I have so many questions, and what a perfect place to find the answers needed for a healthy happy mini flock!
