She looks to be a mix. I see fuzz on the sides of her leg? I would assume an Easter egger mix.

Phoenix does look like a Phoenix hen.

The fluffy cheeked girl---she's a mix. The feathered legs say one parent had them, one didn't. Yellow skin and four toes mean the feathered leg parent was not a Faverolles, that was my first thought with the beard. She's just a mixed breed bird. She's likely to lay a shade of green egg, so call her an Easter egger if she does.
