I think I joined a while back but never introduced myself. I'm in Dallas Tx and have 4 backyard chickens. Beatriz Rene is my OE and she is 2 1/2 years old, then I have 3 Welsummers that are 16 weeks old. They are Daphne Marie, Eloise Rose, and Fiona Louise Looking forward to when they start laying. That breed has stolen my heart. Very friendly and sweetly "cheep cheep cheep" all day. I also have a Border Collie that protects and herds them as needed. Which is whenever there is a hawk around. That's my life in a nutshell! LOL
