Nope, we THOUGHT he was a drake for two years and recently found out "he" is a she that thinks she is a rooster! Apparently this can happen when a lone duck is raised with a flock of chickens. I had no idea. And just when we thought things couldn't get any more ridiculous here, LOL!!Welcome to BYC - if your 'duck' is really a drake breeding the chicken hens can result in possible injury/death of the hens as drakes have a penis but roosters do not.
