Thanks to every one :) I have lots to ask about chickens. I got my first chickens last year I got 4 hens they are all mix breeds. So my mom said because I like the chickes at my dads house so much I can have some at her house!!!!! But I don't know what breed to get :( they have to be free range and my mom said they needed to be good egg layers. Any ideas????

Sex links are good layers. I have sex links, and they free range in our garden :)

if you mean broody, sex links don't go broody, they're just good layers.

I don't know anything about showing though, you should try the breeds and genetics section where more knowledgeable people in that subject hang out. :P
