Hi, can anyone tell me boy or girl?

Hi folks. I'm a new member, just wondering if anyone can tell me if my Houdan is a girl or boy? Or is it too early to tell. Approx 6- 8 weeks old. Don't know a lot about the breed. First time Houdan mom. Thanks!

It looks like a pullet to me. The one next to it, though, is looking like a cockerel....

Thank you! The Leghorn is dif a pullet. I picked up 4 of them. 2 for me and 2 for a friend. One of hers is a cockerel. The comb and waddles are huge compared to the other 3. They are all the same age.

The leghorn is also 6-8 weeks? My leghorn is 13 weeks and barely has wattles, and her comb is about half that size... I'm thinking that its a cockerel. As for the black chick... I have no comments.

Hi when I got the 4 leghorn chicks they looked all the same until about a week after. The comb on one of my friends leghorn turned deep red and very fleshy like. got big really fast. I guess if it's a little roo I will be dividing my coop ..again lol
