the first pic looks like a male because of the tail feathers.
Now the second one is confusing me because they both have black feather.If they are the same age I would say the second pic is female.

Thank you my female just started laying 6 days ago there great birds ive got a flock of 13 all different kinds these where the only ones i had no idea what they where

Poultry-Guy your a 100% he is pester and she is peanut i've know there sex for a while it was just the breed i didn't know

The Rooster is a Brown Red Old English Game Bantam and the pullet is a Black Tail Buff and going by the high tail angle and leg color
I would say she's Old English Game Bantam /Japanese Bantam cross.
Not my birds Rooster below is a Brown Red (OEGB) and the hen is a Black Tail Buff (Japanese Bantam)
