Hi does anyone know what temp is fever for 3 year old hen

My chicken feels very hot to the touch and is panting I stuck a thermometer up her butt and it was 42.17 c Im not sure if she's just stressed because we are moving at the moment but I'm also worried about maybe her having gape worm I think it's called but idk what to do if anyone can give me advice it's welcome thank you.

A chickens normal internal temp is about 106°F(41.1C).
I'd say 42.17C is OK.
Yes, could be stress.
