I'm so excited to join this group! I've been using the site for info for a while now and finally decided to join the community. Looking forward to meeting fellow enthusiasts :)

(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
A: yes I am new to raising chickens. I picked up my first set of babies just this year

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
A: I currently have 3 that are about 2 months old

(3) What breeds do you have?
A: Rhode Island Reds

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
A: I've always wanted to raise chickens for eggs and mostly as pets. You could say I'm just a little obsessed lol

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
A: I enjoy being outdoors. Hiking, fishing, and shooting guns are some of my favorites

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
A: My wife is slowly getting used to the idea :D

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? :D
A: I found the site by Googling where I could find information about raising chickens. The main reason I decided to join was to meet other people whose hobbies and interests are the same as mine.
