About to get my chicks from a local hatchery. I kept chickens years ago and now want to have laying hens. I've been going to "chicken university" with books and youtube videos and this site. I'm planning to convert a resin shed into a coop. There's a lot of information on youtube about how to do this, including making ventilation and securing the shed. I'll post more when I finish. I'm so glad this community exists!
