It's in "Raising Baby Chicks" now, so probably a moderator moved it for you.

If it happens again, you can click the "report" button on any post in the thread, and a box pops up so you can type an explanation (that the thread needs to be moved to a different forum.) That brings it to the attention of the mods, and one of them will take care of it. Of course the "report" button can be used for other kinds of problems too, which is why there is a spot to explain why you are reporting it

I still see baby fuzz so the bird may just need more time to feather in fully. Each bird will develop at different rates.

Maybe it needs higher protein feed.
What feed are you using?
What is the protein percentage?

Feathering is completely normal for 5 weeks.

Do you have separate feeders and waterers? That might help her bossiness. She can't guard multiple sources.
Also, what is the run like?

The feathering looks normal to me. Chicks go through stages of growth which include losing and gaining feathers.
