Sorry to hear about your ankle; I had my pelvis fractured during the unsuccessful integration of a rescue donkey. I'm sure your injury was just as painful, but doesn't it make a great story to share -- once all the bones are mended?
BTW, hearing HOW your good deed caused your injury would be interesting
