Hi, everyone! I’m a fairly “new” chicken mama that finds myself on this site just about every day for the past few months, so I figured it was finally time to join Haha. I was given 10 White Leghorn chicks that were hatched at the school in June 2018! I ended up with 3 Roos. In August I decided I needed more and brought home 3 Black sex-links and 3 Sapphire Gems from our local TSC. All pullets to my knowledge. They are all free-range, and I just started getting my first eggs out of my leghorns a week ago =)

I’m excited to keep learning new things about the backyard chicken world and hopefully continue to make my babies the happiest and healthiest they can be!
