Hi! I’m very new to raising chickens. My 9 year old son fell in love with my cousins chickens and begged to get some, so I caved in and we are new to the world of raising chickens. We have 4 total. 2 are Silver Laced Wyandottes, 1 is a Rhode Island Red, and 1 is an Easter Egger. We got all of them at Tractor Supply. Hopefully, they are all hens. I enjoy gardening and I am a woodworker. I built my coop (hopefully it is adequate, as I know nothing other than some internet reading about chickens). I’ve been reading often on BYC so I decided to join today! Here is a pic of the coop I built.

I think your chickens should be very happy with your coop. Looks like you have done a good job with your online research. And, you've picked lovely breeds with the potential for some pretty egg baskets.
