Hi from Syracuse, NY!

After years of contemplating getting some chickens I finally took the plunge about 3 months ago - it's been a good sheltering-in-place hobby as it turns out! My daughter and I have been raising 5 Buff Orpingtons. I can say I wouldn't have had the confidence to venture into having some chickens (or building a coop!) if it weren't for this site and it's awesome members!
