I got my first birds two days ago...I cannot believe the amount of poop. With that said I got 5 barred rock and 5 black australorp. They look around 2 weeks to me but what do I know. I'm under the radar cause it's against ordinance I believe. I don't think it will last much longer. I hope it works out here.

I think this one may be a roo. It's very aggressive and the comb is coming in faster than any other. Real thick legs to if that means anything.

This Sat. is trade day at Double R Farms feed store in Dandridge. It's on 25/70 between exits 412 and 415. They say
it will start at daylight and go until everyone is gone. You should try to come out, we are excited about meeting
other addicts in our area

You will need something bigger soon. Just watch out for pecking. When they get cramped and bored, they can get mean to each other. Good luck and hopefully you can stay under the radar.

I'm no expert, but the one you think is a boy.. I agree with that.. but I don't think he is an australorp... not certain what Barred Rock babies look like but I wouldn't have expected that look either.

You got some cutie patooties there! Enjoy them!
