Just trying to think outside the box, but I don’t like the tiny house like coop I have. It’s so hard to clean and the pull out tray gets stuck… I want something I can walk into and clean properly. And it seems because I can not build anything on my own without it being way more money and headache I am looking for something premade and under $1500 for 10 chickens.

Wow! Some HWC on those window openings, and you could really have something there!

A bit weird to have the upper and lower latches in the inside. This doesn’t seem quite suitable for a panic room. Undoubtedly I’m missing something.

With the addition of more ventilation I don't see why it wouldn't work. It doesn't look like the windows open very far so you'd either need to remove the glass/plexi or figure out how to rig them to open up futher, and/or add more ventilation up high where the tiny circle vent is.
