Hi from East Texas!

Glad I found this site! I am in the Piney Woods of East Texas and returning to the world of chickens! I was chicken crazy for a while and won many trophies with my Austrolorps and my buff orpingtons. I quit the chickens for a few years to take care of my grandparents but I never lost my love for them or my desire to educate others. I am in the process of turning the family farm into a havenfor heritage breeds, including of course, chickens. I am in the process of deciding which ones I would like to raise.
