Hi from FL!!!

hi everybody! IM SO GLAD i FOUND THIS SITE! 4 weeks ago I bought a handfull of chicks at tractor supply- 5 plymouth rocks( one has turned out to be a cute chubby little roo who sits on my feet when I feed everybody now) 3 RIR pullets,1white leggern(sp) pullet (who has since found a new home due to constant picking at my roo's bum) and 3 little "assorted bantams" two are tuxedo coloured blk/white and one is black with lacey white markings.- Also have a dozen americana,16 rouen duck and 13 button quail eggs in my LG stillair converted to a circulated air with an old cpu fan wired to a cell phone charger- Im looking for guinea eggs and may have found some- fingers crossed- so I def. have my hands full nowadays- oh and I also have 3 kids and a usband who is infinately patient with my new obsession!!

(hey, i gotta do something with the 3 acres weve got here!- what could be better than trying out farmsteading????)

OH! we only have three acres, and I am always overwhelmed, and overworked ...the girls are where I go to get my down time. I'm not slacking, I'm communing with the chickens.
