Hi From Georgia!

Hey everyone!! I just wanted to take a moment and introduce myself to everyone - I am very new to the chicken world and it has taken me by both surprise and storm. I guess you could say I "married" into chickens when I reunited with my childhood sweetheart (we recently married) who has 2 RIR hens, 1 RIR rooster and 2 Golden Comet hens. Recently, our neighbor asked us to hatch some eggs for him and I have been fascinated ever since!! Today is day 20 and we got our first "pip" a few hours ago and I am anxiously waiting the arrival of the little ones!! As far as other hobbies and pets, I am an aspriring photographer and have 3 cats and 1 dog (dachshund). I am looking forward to talking to y'all and can't wait to see what happens with our eggs!!!
