Hi there! I'm curious about how it is going with your chicks. We are considering a move to Fairbanks in the early spring, and are looking for other backyard chicken enthusiasts who might help us with our flock until we can get permanent housing. By we, I really mean I, as the chickens are my project. I have 4 girls, all under a year old, and all pretty good layers. Parmesean is a Rhode Island Red, Ladybird and Pat are Easter Eggers, and Tandoori is my mystery chicken, a large black rock-looking young lady.
