Dia dhuit my fellow irishwoman! From Wexford I presume?Hi Everyone, I have found so much brilliant info on here, that I decided to join. I am living in south east Ireland and am new to keeping chickens. We have 4 laying hens, around 5months old. A light sussex, a maran, a rhodes island red cross, a Plymouth rock cross and a beautifully mannered, stunning, 1year old buff brahma roosterWe also have 2 cats and 2 dogs, all of which have been very well behaved to date. We do have a 6ft galvanised metal fence around the coop, we back onto a forest, so foxes and pine martens are a big worry! Excited to see what I can learn on here, my hens are laying the eggs are perfect but tiny! (They only arrived 4 days ago)
