Doea anyone know if it is true that they shall probably stop laying soon given their age ?

Do you know the breed? Production hybrids?
Post a few photos and people here can tell.

Production hybrids usually stop laying at 4-6 yo. Many get ovary problems about that age. I hope you are lucky.

PS I saw your photo after my post. They resemble the isa brown production breed.

Thank you so much , this place is great ! Also after watching a video about the process of the little hens body making an egg I am glad for them to retire with me . Much kidos to the humble little hen !! X
