So I don’t have many great pics yet 😕 hence my profile pic is of two that came into the kitchen today and didnt want to leave! But here is one of me having my morning coffee with them so L-R is “Daub , Queenie, Wattle and Moulty” 😁My dobie girl Narla , keeping guard haha

Doea anyone know if it is true that they shall probably stop laying soon given their age ?

Do you know the breed? Production hybrids?
Post a few photos and people here can tell.

Production hybrids usually stop laying at 4-6 yo. Many get ovary problems about that age. I hope you are lucky. 🍀

PS I saw your photo after my post. They resemble the isa brown production breed.

Thank you so much , this place is great ! Also after watching a video about the process of the little hens body making an egg I am glad for them to retire with me 🥰. Much kidos to the humble little hen !! X
