Hi Im new to raising chickens in a sense i had some when i was growing up now that im an adault id thought id try it out when my daughters hatched some from school as a project and wanted to keep them. I still dont know what breed they are. They are about 3 and half weeks old now they lost just about all there down and if the weather permits tomorrow they will go outside for the first time for play time.I feel in love with them as they are like my children. Any ways Im happy to be here talking with others about my 2 newest family members.

What beautiful chickens you have! You could try posting their picture in What breed or gender is this? where you might get a few more opinons. The only thing I can think of is black sex link? But that is most likely wrong because I don't know much about breeds.
