(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? I'm looking forward to having getting my first "pets" and living off my city backyard and having a mini farm. I'm also looking forward to the eggs.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Sewing, gardening, puzzles, reading, walking, Barre
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I'm a wife, stay at home mom of 3 ladies, nurse by trade, and biblical counselor. One of my ladies has a pet hamster, Peaches. I am making our yard space to be fun and somewhat self-sustaining- or I like to tell myself that.

I have known about this site as I've researched over the years and now that we're finally making my dream come true and getting chickens, well, it seemed appropriate!
