Hi from MN!

Hello everyone! I've heard of this site several times and finally decided to check it out and join!

My mom grew up with chickens as a little girl and as far as I know has never been without them, and so I've always been around them.

Right now we have about 200 chickens, raised mainly for eggs. We also have turkeys, guineas, ducks, geese, dairy goats, rabbits, a couple cats, a dog, and a donkey. We are also looking to get back into peafowl.

I'm a newbee also. Great site, isn't it?
Central MN? Do you know about the poultry sale in Hutchinson on Feb. 15? I haven't been to it before but I've heard they have alot there, including peafowl. I would like some also but no room for them.

My sister just got a pair, so I can see how easy (or hard) they are to raise.
