Hi from Montana!

Fiancé and I have been dreaming about a little farm for a few years and we've finally reached a spot where we can get started! Our first additions are four Blue Swedish ducklings, Pinky, Spot, and the Twins (until we figure out who are boys and girls).
tomorrow morning we'll be adding chicks. I think watching the duckies play in a tub of water is a new favorite hobby. Looking forward to learning from and alongside everyone.

I am a new member from Ohio! I am in the process of getting my circa 1938 chicken coop fixed up and getting chicks later this week. My last chicken experience was as a child at my grandmother's- she was born in 1895 so some of the experiences were from that era! ( I remember her plucking chicken feathers with boiling water- yuck smell.) Anyway- will certainly need advice! Thanks!
