We're very excited to have found this website. We got 5 chickens about 3 months ago, and we just love our little girls. Unfortunatley we lost 2 to a local bobcat over the past few weeks. We've upped our security, and we now have 3 left - 2 plymouth rocks and a rhode island red. We've had a mild winter so far in NH, and the first significant snow fell over the last few days. They don't like the snow, that's for sure. We're a little worried about the cold temps coming in tonight and tomorrow. We're doing our best keeping the girls happy and healthy.
